Hi,
we have a custom field for the gallery.
However, we also want to add pictures to a blog article from that gallery.
Is it possible with the editor button, to just choose single images from the gallery?
i.e. in a news article I want to add image 3 and 5, then some text, then image 7,8,9,10 then some more text.
At the moment I would have to duplicate the gallery or create two galleries.

Hi Sigrid,
At the moment there isn’t an easy way to select individual images from a Showtime gallery directly through the editor button.
If you only need to insert specific images into the article, you can copy the image URL from the gallery and then use Joomla’s standard Image editor button to insert the images wherever you want within your text.
However, if your goal is to create multiple galleries that share the same image library (for example, displaying images 3 and 5 in one gallery and images 7–10 in another without duplicating them), this is currently not supported. In that case, you would need to either duplicate the gallery or create separate galleries.
