URGENT!!!!!!! Can not put in image description

I just visited your website and I can see that some images in the gallery are still displaying their descriptions correctly.

Could you please clarify exactly what issue you are experiencing? For example:

• Are you unable to add a description to new images?
• Or are you unable to edit descriptions on existing images?

To clarify a couple of important points:

• The recent update did not remove any fields from the backend.
• It also does not delete or modify existing data on your site.

If the text editor is visible but you cannot type, this might be related to the editor itself. Please let me know which editor you are using (e.g. TinyMCE, JCE, etc.).

If possible, please also provide:

• A specific image example where the issue occurs
• (Ideally) temporary administrator access via a private ticket so I can check this directly

I understand this is urgent since it affects your sales gallery, so I’ll prioritize this as soon as I have more details.

Thank you for your email — I have reopened the ticket so we can keep everything in one place.

I’m glad to hear you were able to get things working by switching to TinyMCE.

Regarding the JCE editor, I’d like to investigate this further as it may be a compatibility issue. Could you please let me know:

• The JCE version you are using
• Your Joomla version

This will help me better understand and reproduce the issue on my end.
