Hi Bomboh,
Not sure what you mean. This is a regular directory and you can delete it like any other.
Just note that if you have PageSpeed optimisation enabled Route 66 will create again this directory since it's required for this feature.

Route66 fills the directory and creates a huge amount of files. Is there a way to clean it up without deleting all the contents of the directory?

Hi,
You can remove the whole directory media/route66/scripts.
If for some reason you don't want to have scripts there you can change the "Javascript Optimization Method" to "Inline" under Route 66 options.
