I use Joomla 5

I installed route66 free version and I would like to update to the pro.

I subscribe but when I install the pro version I got this message: Alert "Out of range value for column 'ordering' at row 1"

Please help me

Hi Pascal,

Thanks for getting in touch!

Have you by any chance made any manual changes to the Route 66 database tables?

Please open a private ticket and share administrator credentials, so I can take a closer look and help you fix this quickly.

Best rergards,

We found that the installation issue was caused by an incorrect value in the ordering column of the #__extensions table.

In this case, a third-party plugin (SpeedCache Last) had its ordering set to 2147483647. When Joomla tried to install a new extension, it attempted to assign a higher ordering value, which went out of range and caused the “Out of range value for column ‘ordering’” error.

The fix was simple — by reordering the problematic plugin in the Joomla administrator, it received a normal ordering value. After that, Route 66 Pro installed successfully.
