And I have a subscription for everything until February but it says my subscription is pending. I wanted to try some of the other softwares. Now I only use Route 66 but I wanted to try a couple others. Same issue with the other softwares too.. all except Route 66.

You can currently access Route 66 because there is a free version available.
I checked your account and can confirm that your subscription is still showing as pending. I also cross-checked our PayPal transactions, and I cannot find any transaction associated with this subscription, which indicates that the payment was never completed.
This is why you don’t currently have access to Econa or the other PRO extensions.
Could you please check your PayPal account as well to see whether you have a payment for this subscription?
If you do see a payment on your side, please send us the PayPal transaction ID and we’ll investigate it further.

I know I installed this in february, but I think I purchased via the nonprofit I was working for at that time (Giving Hope). Can you check the february date my subscription started and look for that name or the director's last name "Mowrey"?

If you have access to the PayPal account that may have been used at the time, could you please check the transactions from February and send me the transaction ID or the email address associated with the payment? That should help me locate it.

I removed the transaction details from your previous message since this is a public ticket and that information should not be publicly visible.
Regarding Route 66 PRO, you need to download and install the PRO package, not the free.
Once you have installed the PRO version, you can enter your Download key under Update Sites.

I installed pro and I deleted browser data but the name didn't change to pro in my control panel and I see nowhere to place my ID and the ai tools still just show movies. . And all links to get pro take me to this website.
Please advise.

You can download the latest version of Route 66 PRO directly from here:

Once you download it, please make sure that you install the PRO package you just downloaded, and not the free version again.
After installing the PRO version, you should see the AI Tools list in the Route 66 backend. The footer of Route 66 should also say Route 66 PRO, which will confirm that the PRO version is installed.
Finally, to enable future updates directly through Joomla, navigate to:
System → Update Sites
Locate the Route 66 PRO entry, open it, enter your Download Key, and click Save.

No, there is no need to uninstall the free version first.
Just install the Route 66 PRO package over the existing installation. Your current settings will be preserved.
