I get this message when I try to update ist vie Joomla backend.

This usually happens when there is no active Econa subscription associated with the download key being used.
If you do have an active Econa subscription, please make sure you are using the download key linked to the account with the active subscription.
If the subscription is active and you are already using the correct key, please let me know and I will double-check it on our side.
