I’m not currently able to reproduce this issue on my end. Has this happened more than once, or was it just a one-time occurrence?

If it happens again, it would be very helpful if you could provide a bit more context, such as:

• The Joomla version you are using
• The PHP version
• Whether Joomla Debug is enabled
• Any additional error messages shown before or after this one

If possible, you can also copy/paste the full error message instead of a screenshot.

Thank you for the additional details.

I reviewed the code again and was able to identify the cause of the issue. It occurs in cases where a user is deleted, which can lead to the database object not being properly available in that context.

I have already implemented a fix, and it will be included in the next update.
