When a user tries to add a comment, characters p,l,m,",", "." are not accepted in name, email, comment fields.The first thought was to check my keyboard but was working fine.

Thank you for the additional testing — this helps clarify the issue.
CommentBox is rendered inside a Shadow DOM. The audio player on your site is listening for keyboard shortcuts at a global level and does not correctly ignore inputs inside Shadow DOM, so certain keys (p, l, m, ., “, etc.) are intercepted and never reach the comment fields.

We will investigate adding a mitigation in CommentBox to better shield keyboard events inside the Shadow DOM and reduce conflicts with third-party scripts.
