Thank you for the additional testing — this helps clarify the issue.

CommentBox is rendered inside a Shadow DOM. The audio player on your site is listening for keyboard shortcuts at a global level and does not correctly ignore inputs inside Shadow DOM, so certain keys (p, l, m, ., “, etc.) are intercepted and never reach the comment fields.

What you can do on your side:

• Disable keyboard shortcuts in the audio player, if such an option exists.
• Or update the player script so it ignores key events when typing in inputs/textareas (using event.composedPath()).

On our side:

We will investigate adding a mitigation in CommentBox to better shield keyboard events inside the Shadow DOM and reduce conflicts with third-party scripts.
