More than one comment with the same mail adress?

Hello,
at the moment my users cannot send a second comment on my page with the same mail adress:
They are getting the information „your mail address is registered yet. Please use another.“
I do not want any user to register with a profile so they just need to give their mail adress for notifications.
Do I have any possibility to fix this problem?

Good evening,
in fact it is just about one mail address.
I used that mail address for some tests and deleted the comment which was linked with that mail address.
Now it is showing the hint I sent in the first comment.
Can you explain this to me?

Hi Pascal,

CommentBox doesn’t allow guest users to post comments using an email address that already exists as a registered user on the website.

This restriction is in place to prevent impersonation of registered users.

Currently, there’s no option to disable this behavior. If you want to post a comment using that email address, you’ll need to be logged in with the corresponding user account.
