I searched the documentation and couldn't find any information on the subject. If you have a tutorial, it would be very helpful.

CommentBox uses Joomla’s built-in language system, so you can translate it just like any other Joomla extension.
You’ll find the language files under /language/en-GB/ inside the extension folder — simply create a copy for Spanish (for example, /language/es-ES/) and translate the text strings.
Alternatively, you can also use Joomla’s built-in Language Overrides feature to translate specific phrases directly from the backend.
