Form to enter comment will not appear

I cannot get the form to type in a comment to appear on one of my sites. I tried commentbox on another site and it works fine.
Commentbox says I should log in to leave a comment, but even when I log in the form doesn't appear. I have the permissions set for public to be able to comment anyway.
The site in question is ti994a.bradshobbies.com

Thanks for the response! I have it working to my satisfaction now.
I discovered by using the Inspect feature of the Chrome browser that some files couldn't be loaded for CommentBox. This finally led me to discover that CommentBox did not like my subdomain of ti994a.bradshobbies.com, which resides at bradshobbies.com/ti994a. So if I access the site directly at bradshobbies.com/ti994a then CommentBox work fine. So I have added an html redirect at ti994a.bradshobbies.com to bradshobbies.com/ti994a just in case anyone still tries the ti994a.bradshobbies.com subdomain. The site is new so I don't expect anyone to use the subdomain, but just in case...
