#702 – Carousel not working on mobiles

Dear Fire Coders Team,
i am enjoying your great image gallary for some time now. But i do have a problem with displaying a carousel gallery on mobiles. I have tried a lot of settings but it won't work for me. The carousel always jumps back to the first image and never shows all images in the gallery. Works fine on desktops.

Hi Sebastian,

Just took a look and probably you just have to update the carousel responsive options. Make sure that for the lowest viewport you have set both "Items to show" and "Items to scroll" to 1.
If you keep having issues with that after changing the options then just create a new private ticket and provide administrator credentials so I can have a look.
