#1108 – Carousel Layout - Fancybox issue

Status: Closed - Category: Showtime Image Gallery
I just bought and installed your extension on this site (https://www.tecnolibri.it/) and created a gallery and inserted the joomla module immediately under the main menu row. Everything works perfectly on Desktop Computer level, but when I view the gallery on smaller displays (tablet or mobile phone), the images do not respect the set dimensions and are very large and grainy.
Can you kindly help me?
Best Regards
Paolo Bianchi
Hi Paolo,

The dimensions you set in the options affect the actual image dimensions not the display dimensions. In responsive websites usually images take all the available space they have until they reach the actual image size.
Here are some things you can try:

1. If you want to display more images per screen in mobile/tablet devices please check the "Responsive Options" of the carousel. You can increase "Items to Show" option to 2 for example for smaller view ports.
2. If you want to keep only one image per screen but you just want to have more clear images just increase the "Thumbnail Image Width" and "Thumbnail Image Height" options. Set those options to a value between 400 and 600 pixels so the images are clear.

Please let me know if you need more help with this.

Regards

Thank you very much for your help.
Now it's working very fine.
Have a great day
Best Regards
Paolo
