#904 – Cannot Get info from Update Site for Compatibility or Upgrade Checks

I have the same issue on Joomla 3.10.9 and Joomla 4.1.4. I have entered my Download ID. I have doublechecked that the Route 66 Pro Update Site is activated in both instances. I never see reports about updates from the Firecoders Update Site. When checking upgrade compatibility for extensions when doing the pre-update check in Joomla 3.10.2 --> Joomla 4, the pre-check can't connect or provide information. What am I missing? Please advise.

This sounds more like a server issue than a software issue. My guess is that your server for some reason blocks access to our domain and Joomla just can't connect to get any update information.
Can you ask your hosting provider about this? Alternatively, if you have SSH access to your server, create a new private ticket and let me know so I can verify what I am guessing.
A simple wget or curl from your server to our domain will give us more information.
