I saw that EFSEO seem not handled, its a must have, but seo tab tell me that i have no meta description, and there is one generated by EFSEO in the article and also meta keywords

The SEO content analysis inside the form is checking the core fields for metadata. So if it finds that those fields are empty it shows the relevant messages.
Adding support for a competitive extension is something that we need to think about it.
Since you upgraded to the PRO version I highly recommend to use the URL based SEO analysis which is actually analysing the content exactly as it's rendered in the front end. Plus it will include the modules output helping you to resolve any related issues.
