Hi, is it possible to change the page title somewhere? Or do I need to do this in the joomla menu?

It depends. If you are talking about a regular Joomla article then the article title is used as page title. If you want to have different page title than the article title, you can set this using the "Browser Page Title" under the "Options" tab in the article edit form.
Finally, if you have a menu item for that article, you can always override the page title in the menu item edit form.
