#90 – can't upload images on j3.6.5

 Hi,
The gallery works fine on j3.8.2 with php7+, but I can't add images on j3.6.5 with php 5+. There is no drag&drop and when I click on add images, nothing happen.

Please advise.

Hi,

When Showtime Image Gallery was released the latest Joomla version was 3.7.3 . We tested with this version, not older versions. However, the changes should be minimal.

Does the issue occur in all browsers? Would it be possible to create a new private ticket with administrator access to the site with the issue so we can have a look?

The issue is caused by some changes to the Joomla API from version 3.6 to 3.7.

We do not plan to support version Joomla 3.6 as this is two major versions behind the current stable.

Updating to Joomla 3.7.5 ( or even better 3.8.2 ) will solve the upload issue.
