Link for a print screen https://ibb.co/mB4sNw. You can install RTL language (Hebrew or Arabic) and use it at the admin and you'll see it. It's an css issue.
I also have another issue on j3.6.5, I can't upload images to the gallery, nothing happen if I click on add images.
