#631 – Error 500: Layout "default" not found

Hello,
when I try to add many pictures (100 or so), I get the error 500: layout "default" not found. If I add the pictures in batches of around 20, it works. Can this be fixed?

I just realized that this happens as soon as I have more than 84 pictures in my gallery! After 84 I cannot upload anymore
I tested it with a second gallery. 84 images are fine, adding another one and try to save it, U get the error

Showtime Image Gallery has no limitations when uploading images. But servers have. This is caused probably by PHP's max_input_vars setting. If you have access to your server's php.ini file then just increase that value. If not, ask your hosting provider to do this for you.

thank you, unfortunately, I can only change things like execution time, post max size, input time, but not the input_vars...
I'll have to ask the support, if they can change it
Why not? It's in the same configuration file.
 
I cannot access the php.ini, I only have some switches in the hosting panel to set certain values. and the max_input_vars is not one of them
So I suppose we wait for your hosting provider to do this. Please let me know when there are any news regarding this.

ok, it was set to 1000 and they raised it to 5000. now I could add all images.
