#320 – landscape pictures

 Hello,

we love to use showtime. But now, in a developer website, there is a bug. when I set a size of 550x770, the landscape pictures are rotated. this is not good. Can you help as soon as possible because we want to go live with this website. thank you very much

Hi,

Showtime does not change the image orientation. Ensure that the image has the correct orientation before uploading. In order to check the orientation of the image before uploading just try to open it in the browser.

Yes, the orientation is correct but it changes after uploading.
