The component is working fine, other users are subscribing with no issues. have you completed all the required fields? Can you please provide a screenshot?

You are totally right, something is broken here. As I can see something is wrong with the full name field. You have completed it but it keeps saying that it is invalid. We will fix this as soon as possible. Which browser are you using?
