#297 – After adding a lot of images, error message: 500 Layout default not found. Return to Control Panel.

Using Joomla 3.9.1 and Showtime Image Gallery 1.4.0 as a module in SP Page Builder Pro 3.3.7
Creating Category and Gallery. After adding more then one image at the time, I get very often this message:

An error has occurred.
500 Layout default not found.
Return to Control Panel.
The most recent images were not added.

Looks like the SP Page Builder main menu item is active, and the rest of the main menu items are greyed out.

Hi,

Showtime Image Gallery has no limitations when uploading images. But servers have. This is caused probably by PHP's max_input_vars setting. If you have access to your server's php.ini file then just increase that value. If not, ask your hosting provider to do this for you.
Please let me know if you need more help.
