#273 – Photos uploading with wrong orientation

Dear Developers,

after I uploaded some photos I realised some of them had wrong orientation. The portrait pictures rotated to landscape style.

Can I do any settings in Joomla system to fix the problem? If not please send me any solution!

Hi,

Showtime Image Gallery does not change the images orientation. If they are displayed incorrectly in the browser it means their orientation is wrong. You need to change the image orientation before you upload.

you are right, the orientation in photos' Exif data was incorrect.
