Is the number of photos in the joomla field limited? I have a photo gallery via joomla field gallery with 78 photos, but others can not be uploaded. Looks like the photos were uploaded. After the article is saved, redirects to the list of articles and photos in article field are not saved. In gallery is the same problem.

No, there is no limit to the number of images a gallery can have. There might be some limits by your server setup (PHP's max_input_vars for example).
Please provide administrator credentials in a new private ticket so I can have a look.

Based on the author's recommendation, I raised the limit PHP's max_input_vars directive from 1000 to 3000 and it looks right now.
