Dear Support,

I got this error message, but I don't know what the problem is.

Error: XHR returned response code 500

Could you help me a bit?

Hello,

This means that probably the PHP GD library is missing from your server or you have bad filesystem permissions.
Please create a private ticket and provide administrator credentials so I can have a look.
