Why am i getting this message on a total new and total empty joomla installatin on j. 4.1.5

I have entered {articleAlias} in the artifcle field and {categoryAlias) in the category field

And I have checked that I am using the latest version of Route 66

I am not able to reproduce this issue. Can you please provide more details? Where are you getting this message? Backend or frontend?
