#8 – 404 error for K2 items when used on PHP less than 7

Hi,

I just noticed that Route 66 will generate 404 error for K2 items when used with PHP 5.5 or PHP 5.6 environment!

It will redirect the URL successfully, but the page gives 404 error.

I tested on both MAMP 3.2.1 for windows with PHP 5.6.21 and Uniform Server 12.4.2 for windows with PHP 5.5.37 and PHP 5.6.23.

I'm using {itemAlias} Item URL pattern, latest Joomla 3.5.1, K2 2.7 (also tried K2 latest developer build 2.7.1) and Protostar template.

Just tested with MAMP ( under Mac ) and PHP 5.6 and it works fine for me. I tested with the {itemAlias} pattern.

Do the rest URLs of your site work? Check the menu links for example.

Actually you had a pattern conflict issue. It has nothing to do with PHP version. The K2 tags rule was causing this. I have already fixed this for the next release.
