#570 – Need a refund!

 hi i am sorry but the customer service sucks here. There is literally no help here. They will send you pre-made message templates and then you have to wait for hours for them to respond back.

I purchased this plugin few days back, i am switching to wordpress, please refund the money back, thanks!
Can you please clarify why the service sucks?
Just to let you know, we do not issue any refunds. It's clearly stated in our terms of service. And according to the terms which you have accepted we have to answer to your tickets within 24 hours. And that's just for the working days.
Finally, there is no pre-made template response. You get the response directly from the developer, not an agent.
If you don't like Joomla and prefer WordPress that's fine. But blaming a product/service you just don't know how it works because you are used to a different CMS ecosystem is not fair.
