I have disabled the plugin "System Route 66" and the login form appears. With the plugin enabled, the link appears to go to the Logout page?

Can you please send a screenshot of your Route 66 setup? We have no other reports like this. An other workaround is to enable the plugin again but add the com_users component to the exclusions under the Route 66 options.

I have now added the "users" to the exclusions and it appears to work fine?

Not sure what was wrong. Have you any articles with the alias "login". In any case, adding the users component to exclusion should make it work for sure.
