#994 – Econa Custom Field for Categorie

 Hello Lefteris,

I try to get a custom field Econa in a Category (Articles: Edit Category).
But up till now without luck.

I've made a Fieldgroup and a Econa Custom field that I assigned to this group.
In the tab "Display options" Ive set 'image' to 'small' at the point "Display Options for Category View"
The "Display conditions" are left to "All".
But when I want to edit the Category I don't see the Custom Econa Field.
Am I missing something?

Hi Ton,

Just tested under Joomla 3 and Joomla 4 and everything worked fine for me.
When you create a custom field or field group you need to make sure that you have selected "Category" from the dropdown on the upper left corner (right to the sidebar).
Otherwise any fields you create are assigned to articles not categories.
