#412 – Backend - disable (not show) fields 'caption' and 'credits'

Hi! It would be nice to have te option to hide (not use/show) the 'caption' filed and the 'credits' field in the backend. This is in the Econa custom field view. In most cases our users do not use the caption and credits fields. So to make an option to hide the fields would be nice.

We can just tell users to not use them ;-) But we like to keep things as clean and simple as possible.
