#1 – Econa in french

Econa is great specially to deal with the problem of K2 image title encryption.
But we would like it in French, is there a french language pack available for Econa ?

Hi,

We do not maintain any language packs other than English. However you can translate Econa as you would do with any other Joomla extension.

Since you use it with K2, the file you need to translate is located under plugins/k2/econa/language/en-GB/en-GB.plg_k2_econa.sys.ini . Here are the required steps:

1. Create folder plugins/k2/econa/language/fr-FR .
2. Copy file plugins/k2/econa/language/en-GB/en-GB.plg_k2_econa.sys.ini into the folder you created in step 1.
3. Rename the file plugins/k2/econa/language/fr-FR/en-GB.plg_k2_econa.sys.ini to plugins/k2/econa/language/fr-FR/fr-FR.plg_k2_econa.sys.ini .
4. Edit the file plugins/k2/econa/language/fr-FR/fr-FR.plg_k2_econa.sys.ini according to your needs.

This of course assumes that the French language pack for Joomla is already installed.
